Refund and Cancellation

Bizsity is committed to providing a seamless experience for our customers. Our cancellation and refund policy has been designed to ensure transparency and fairness. Please read the following terms carefully.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, once the order has been processed and initiated for execution, cancellation requests may not be entertained.
  • Bizsity does not accept cancellation requests for digital services or customized solutions once the work has commenced.
  • If a service or product is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we may offer the option to reschedule or credit the amount for future use instead of cancellation.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will only be issued after verifying the claim. If approved, it may take 1-2 business days to credited the refund to the original payment method.
  • In case of services that involve third-party vendors, Bizsity is not responsible for their refund policies. Customers must refer to the respective vendor’s policy in such cases.
  • No refunds will be issued for services that have already been completed or delivered as per the agreed terms.

Exceptions:

  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions, may exempt us from issuing refunds.
  • Refunds or cancellations will not be processed for any breach of contract or violation of our Terms of Service.
